Last week the International Trade Commission made a premilinary ruling against HTC for infringing on 2 of Apple’s reported 10 patents. If this ruling sticks this could be the start of something ugly for Android phones in general.

Electronic Arts Already Testing Next Generation Xbox Console…

A “senior, trusted” source at Electronic Arts has told gaming site Develop that EA already has the guts of the next Xbox sitting inside a PC shell at an EA studio, and is beginning to figure out how to build games for it.
