Iphone Might be Coming to Sprint and T-Mobile

The Anticipated Iphone 5 coming supposed to come this fall may not be an Iphone at all rather a 4S or 4GS. Similar to how there was a 3G and a 3GS with the 3GS showing some improvements over the 3G but essentially the same phone.

Many sites that reported this rumor were citing Peter Misek an analyst with Jefferies and Co. what he wrote on Friday:

According to our industry checks, the device should be called iPhone 4S and include minor cosmetic changes, better cameras, A5 dual-core processor, and HSPA+ support.

He also reported that the Iphone will be coming to Sprint, T-Mobile and China Mobile. The processor is similar to what is found in the Ipad 2 and is supposed to improve multi-tasking speed. HSPA+ is a reference to high speed processing. The phone won’t be equipped with “long-term evolution”(LTE) which is usually marketed as 4G.

Apple’s world wide developers conference on June 6 is usually the platform they use to announce new products. But early reports hint at software being the main focus of this years conference.
